What are Emmer Spelt Husks?
Emmer spelt husks are obtained through the de-hulling process of the spelt. They are naturally rich in SILICIC ACID (organic silica), which strengthens connective tissue and immune functions, has positive effects on the skin, and even helps alleviate sore and inflamed organs. Emmer spelt husks contain 90% silicic acid.
